Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager
Location: Cambridgeshire
Salary: £34,000 to £40,000 pa
Hours: Full Time – 40 hours per week

BLW Recruitment are looking for a talented Food and Beverage Manager to join our client’s team located on the outskirts of Cambridge. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the food and beverage operations, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and managing a team of talented professionals.
Key responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate, and execute food and beverage services for various events and functions.
* Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
* Maintain inventory levels and manage procurement to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
* Proven experience in food and beverage management.
Requirements
* Trained to Level 3 Food Hygiene
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
* Must have own transport.
