Position: Area Controller (Shift Lead / Manager)
Location: Holbeach
Salary: Circa 35-38k
Shift Pattern: 2, 2, 3 Days Only

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, monitor, and execute daily production plans to meet customer orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Lead and motivate production teams to achieve optimum performance, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
Monitor performance metrics and quality standards, taking corrective actions as needed to meet targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting risk assessments and audits as required.
Skills & Experience:
Must-Have:
Previous supervisory or management experience in a production environment.
Proficiency in IOSHH management safety standards.
Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
Attention to detail and strong time management abilities.
Demonstrated knowledge of quality and technical standards.
Experience managing KPIs and implementing process improvements.
Comprehensive understanding of GMP and health & safety protocols.
