We are looking for a skilled and experience Site Supervisor to lead our roofing team in Durham.

The Role:

Supervise and coordinate roofing crews on-site to ensure efficient project execution.
Conduct pre-job inspections to assess site conditions and identify potential hazards.
Monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
Provide guidance and support to roofing team members, including training and mentoring as needed.
Manage materials and equipment, including inventory control and procurement.
Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Complete project documentation, including daily reports, safety records, and job site photos.The Candidate:

Proven experience as a Roofing Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
Thorough knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Health and Safety certification (CSCS or equivalent) preferred.
