We are looking to recruit a committed person who understands how to positively promote and support lunch and leisure time.

Regular working hours (11.30am- 2pm term time only)

You will need to have the skills and ability to:
oversee and support during the lunchtime period promoting independence and wellbeing of young people
follow eating and drinking placemat guidelines or dietary requirements for individual
build good relationships with students and staff
provide support for students with their eating and drinking plans and support their personal hygiene
remain calm in challenging situations and support in a positive way
motivate, encourage and engage students in a range of leisure activities
Previous experience of working with young people is desirable.
The successful candidate will support the schools values by providing high quality support, promote independence, communication effectively and show empathy at challenging time.
