Sellick Partnership are currently assisting in the recruitment of an BI & Analytics Specialist for an organisation based in Sunderland. This is a permanent role.

Responsibilities of the BI Specialist include:

Utilise BI visualization tools to produce visually compelling dashboards that engage and inform users
Provide ongoing support and guidance to non-BI colleagues on how to effectively interpret and use data to drive operational activity and decision-making
Proactively identify and research areas where BI technology can be applied to improve business processes and performance
Contribute to training of non-BI colleagues on data management and analysis best practice

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong experience of using enterprise data visualisation tools including QlikView and Power BI
Data analysis tools and techniques; SQL, Excel, Python
Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
Strong communication skills and stakeholder experience
