Are you a confident and experienced care manager ready to lead and grow a new domiciliary care agency?
Our client is a care provider based in Chelmsford, committed to delivering outstanding care to their clients. They are seeking a Care Manager to join the team.
Care Manager - Responsibilities:
* Assist in implementing the existing, successful business plan, collaborating with the Business Owner to manage, develop, and innovate the business.
* Lead and manage a dedicated team of care workers in ensuring the delivery of person-centered care in line with CQC regulations and company standards.
* Drive the growth and development of the business through innovative strategies and initiatives.
* Participate in on-call duties, providing guidance and support to staff and clients outside of regular office hours.
* Conduct assessments and reviews of care plans, continuously improving services to achieve 'outstanding' care.
* Assist in recruitment, training, and mentoring care staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Care Manager - Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year experience in leadership and management within the care sector.
* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable.
* Proven track record of consistently improving services in line with CQC standards.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Innovative mindset with the ability to develop and implement creative solutions.
* Passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on clients' lives.
