Key Responsibilities:
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons
Providing one-on-one support for students in the class aiding with classwork, reading, and phonics activities
Assist in the development of age-appropriate teaching materials
Foster a safe and supportive learning environment
Collaborating with teachers to ensure a productive classroom, including leading small group activities and proactively supporting classroom set up and clean upRequirements:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
Previous child-based experience, preferably as a teaching assistant
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
An outgoing and enthusiastic personality
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Relevant Teaching Assistant qualififcations would be advantageous
