The Opportunity  
 
This position will give you the opportunity to be the Commercial Manager for the construction divison of a growing modern construction business, with several profitable business streams  The role will allow you full commercial control for the division with P&L responsibility reporting to the business owners.
 
You will have responsibility to inspire, manage and support a team of QS staff giving input into their development and guiding them to deliver their projects in budget and on time.  You will be able to structure the team to deliver the projects as you see best.
 
You will need to take contractual control to set up the projects dealing with any claims or EOTs if needed.
 
The role requires an experienced professional who has been in Commercial Manager role previously, with a general contracting background. This company offer a proactive culture so need to be a positive solution finding individual.  
 
The team are that of an ex-tier 1 construction company so expect high standards and a strong process.
