My client are a leading fit out and refurbishment contractor delivering exceptional professional services tailored specifically to the office sector in the UK.
With a strong pipeline of diverse and exciting schemes, they are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Estimator to join their dynamic team. You'll be working on a number of CAT A and CAT B fit out schemes across the North West.
As the Senior Estimator you'll need to be commercially savvy with prior experience in a comparable position. Your main duties will include:
Collaborating across departments to ensure accurate pricing and comprehensive technical and commercial details in tender submissions
Upholding tight deadlines throughout the tender process
Cultivating strong client relationships and networking with industry professionals to pave the way for future tender victories and client engagements
Facilitating a smooth transition from tendering to project execution and deliveryBenefits:
