Here's the gist:

You'll be the cost control guru, whipping up bills of quantities, estimates, and budgets that would make Scrooge McDuck proud.
Negotiation is your middle name (or at least a strong skill!). You'll be squeezing the best deals out of sub-contractors, ensuring every penny is well spent.
You'll have a sixth sense for sniffing out cost risks before they become budget-busting monsters. ️‍♀️
Working with architects, engineers, and contractors is your jam - you're a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
