Financial Controller – Construction

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our dynamic team in the construction sector. As a Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for construction projects.
* Monitor project costs, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize financial performance.
* Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
* Manage financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
* Provide financial support to the management team.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the construction industry.
