Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and fully qualified Management Accountant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance and accounting, with comprehensive knowledge of management accounting principles. This role will be responsible for providing accurate financial information to support decision-making processes within the organisation.

What you will bring to the role.

CIMA or ACCA Fully Qualified
Solid management accounting experience
Ability to interact with leadership, key stakeholders and the wider team
Experience of effectively prioritising multiple projects to meet deadlines and produce high quality work in a fast‑paced environment
A team player but also take ownership to complete tasks independently
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights effectively. 
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide insights to senior management.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports for stakeholders, including board presentations and investor communications.
Develop and maintain robust budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic objective
Provide guidance and support to junior finance staff, fostering their professional development and growth.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in management accounting, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance financial reporting and analysis capabilities
