Collections Analyst - £27,000 to £35,000 + benefits - Winnersh, Berkshire - (Hybrid 3 days in office)
FryerMiles are delighted to be partnering with a global leading computer hardware company located in Winnersh, Berkshire. They're looking to recruit a Credit Analyst due to continued organisational growth.
The Collection Analyst will be responsible for credit, collections, and diligence upkeep.
The duties of the Collections Analyst include:
AR Ledger account ownership and maintenance
Send statements and chase customers for resolution
Resolving queries by liaising with customers and colleagues
Work with Cash Team for application of remittances when necessary
Prepare daily order status reports and action accordingly
Maintenance of diligence documents
Confident usage of Microsoft Excel is essential as this will be used on a daily basis with functions such as V-Lookups and Pivot Tables
Any Ad Hoc requests
Requirements:
At least 3 years experience as a credit controller.
Preferably worked with Oracle or similar systems
Good with Excel
Good attitude
Good communication skills
