Electrical Test Technician

£28-35k DOE
Fantastic new Electrical Engineering role within a growing business based in Medway!
If you have worked in Assembly within an Electronics Manufacturing environment and have used various testing and calibration tools, this role could be for you!
Duties for this Test Technician role include:
Test and verification of manufactured Electrical Power Distribution Control Panels
Ensuring that electrical specifications and schematic drawings are adhered to
Creating test specifications as needed, as well as using generic specs
Working with the Engineering team to identify areas for improvement and updating processes
Rejecting Electrical Control Panels with faults and liaising with the build engineers to ensure accurate and timely correction
Document management
Managing and reporting all information in an accurate and organised way, following processes
The successful candidate will have/be:
An Electrical Engineering qualification at HND level or above
Previous experience testing Power Distribution Control Panels
Good knowledge and understanding of Electrical schematic drawings
Organised and methodical
Great communication skills
The ability to work to deadlines
