The purpose of this role is to contribute to the planning and execution of delivery, and general transport support Businesses. In particular you are to ensure that motorcycles are being transported in the safest and most efficient way. In addition you will be taking part in
* Monitoring the current Logistics’ Operation both in the Office Planning and ‘on the road’.
* Activate and plan contingencies as necessary.
* Making and receiving in excess of 50 calls a day.
* Organization and issue of routes for drivers through our in-house systems.
* Ensuring Clients and customers are advised of excess and additional sales payments and that these are collected.
* Monitoring of driver conduct with the Driver Team Leader.
* Supporting the Driver Team Leaders to ensure that company vehicles are cleaned and maintained on a regular basis.
* Liaising with other businesses in the Group
* Identifying initiatives to improve efficiency, quality and most importantly safety. Self-development - soliciting 360 feedback from your colleagues
* Seeking and participating in personal development opportunities above and beyond the training required for the role.

Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.30pm with flexibility for the right candidate
Please note that this role is 100% office based and has some ad hoc saturday working on a rote
