A market leader in their field, this medical devices business with excellent staff retention levels is looking for a Hospitality Coordinator to join a busy team in their Slough office on a permanent, full time basis. Please note that occasional work on Saturdays will be required.
As a Hospitality Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of coordinating all aspects of hospitality services with precision and flair.

Key Responsibilities

Managing external catering company, taking delivery of catering for training events
Checking and laying out the lunches for attendees
Managing and keeping training centre and hospitality kitchen clean and tidy
Being a point of contact for queries around catering and attendee questions
Monitoring coffee station and supplies
Tidying up training centre after event
Requirements

Experience working in a busy catering/hospitality environment
Attention to detail
Highly organised
Friendly and engaging manner
Clear communication skills
