Kenna Recruitment is immediately searching for a confident, creative individual to join one of the UK's largest developers as a Sales and Marketing Assistant.
The role is online-focused and deadline driven, so a digital-first approach, creativity, prioritisation, organisation skills, and excellent attention to detail are essential elements of your workflow. You will be keen to learn, and an excellent team player.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will provide a full and professional marketing support role to maximise the online presence of the business.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the setup of new developments and new home releases online,
* General management of the website,
* Online property listings,
* Email and SMS communications, digital
* Social creative (paid and organic)
What are we looking for?
Experience of working in a busy office environment would make you an ideal candidate. You should be enthusiastic with the ability to act on your own initiative, with excellent planning and organisational skills, and ability to prioritise your own workload. You must have practical experience of Microsoft Office packages and excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills. You should have a full UK driving licence and access to a car.
