Due to growth within the business my client is looked for a skilled and motivated Sales Executive to join their business based in Coleshill. This Sales Executive opportunity is specialised within the Vehicle Safety industry, primarily selling Vehicle Camera systems and Vehicle tracking systems. It’s an exciting opportunity to be a part of an innovative and growing business which can provide you with further growth within the business. The role of the Sales Executive will be to warm call customers, engage with new customers and understanding their needs and requirements so having strong interpersonal skills is essential! In addition, the Sales Executive will be selling my clients products so keeping up to date with market knowledge and new technologies is a must. The Sales Executive will be working with businesses day to day so you should be confident over the phone as well as having an approachable manner.
Sales Executive Package:
* £25,000k base
* OTE – members of the team achieving £45,000K
* Monday – Friday
* Hybrid working

Sales Executive responsibilities:
* Warm calling leads coming from marketing as well as from the strong name the business has.
* Build a steady pipeline by identifying and selling to prospects.
* Maintain strong working relationships with clients.
* Ability to communicate with clients and understand their needs and requirements.
* Ability to confidently speak with businesses to understand their needs.
* Work closely with team members to achieve team goals.
* Consistently meet and exceed targets set by the business.
* Keep up to date with market knowledge and new technologies.
Sales Executive Requirements:
* Share one years of experience in a similar role/ environment.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Competent in using company CRM system.
* Well organised and able to self-manage work load.
* Great interpersonal skills.
* Driven and self-motivated.
* Ability to work well in a team and on your own.
