Sales Executive

Cantello Tayler Recruitment are recruiting for a Sales Executive to join their client based in Warfield nr Bracknell. This is a full-time office-based role working Tuesday - Saturday 9am- 5pm.

Sales Executive key duties and responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Provide excellent customer service, building and maintain relationships
Meet sales targets and aim to exceed where possible.
Organising and agreeing marketing opportunities.
Prioritising effective marketing, with good rates of conversion to sales.
Use social media to promote properties and drive sales.
Assist with agreeing and programming subjects for social media and blog posts.
Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity.
Updating CRM system.
Engaging with website developer.

Sales Executive required skills and experience:

Self-motivated and driven individual able to work individually and in a wider team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail with a good grasp of wider issues and commitment to achieving the best result.
Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
Desire to seek continuous improvement and willingness to learn.
Must ensure works are completed to agreed standards and to agreed timelines.
Must ensure compliance with legal requirements when marketing and selling properties.
Willingness to use technology intelligently to get best results.
Keep accurate and easily understood notes and records.
Proven experience in selling property.
Good understanding of social media and its use in driving sales.
Strong organisational and time-management skills
