This is a full time, permanent role, ideal for somebody who is looking to further their skills and develop their career with a market leading contractor.

The responsibilities of this role include:

Measuring works
Submitting monthly applications to Client
Overseeing and managing the submission of V.O's, quotations or estimates to Client, ensuring that contract SOR rates are utilised wherever possible.
Raising PO's where required.
Reconciling / validating internal material cost reports.
Processing subcontract applications and payment recommendations.Ideal Candidate:

1 - 3 years' experience as a Commercial Admin / Trainee Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor in social housing planned maintenance
Must have confident communications skills.
Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS OfficeWhy Apply?
