James Lewis Ltd is a thriving niche recruitment agency based in Hampton, Middlesex, close to Kingston-Upon-Thames and with easy access to central London. Established in 2004, we have enjoyed sustained growth in our current niche sectors.

We are now seeking ambitious and driven individuals with a passion for relationship building and account management across our Transport / Engineering desk to help satisfy the needs of a fast-expanding client base and contribute to the further growth and success of the business unit and the company. This role is centered on recruiting and delivering skilled Engineers from across the globe to our clients in London and across the UK.

Responsibilities will include:

* Candidate attraction & resourcing Campaigns

* Delivery of candidates to multiple locations

* Managing and Running candidate & client reviews

* Managing candidate welfare

* Managing and expanding on existing client relationships to deliver targets & generate further business

* Managing Advertising campaigns via job boards & social media Resourcing, Securing & Managing Temporary & long-term accommodation across the UK

* Candidate & Client Meet & Greets – Airport, Accommodation, 1st day of work

* Interviewing, skills testing and screening candidates through video calls, telephone conversations and face-to-face meetings

* Weekly/Daily reporting to the sector Director in the form of weekly desk assessments and day plans

* Expanding the existing database in terms of relevant candidates and clients

* New business development

Skills required:

* Experience in managing processes

* Planning, organisation, and checklist adherence

* Socially adept and skilled in creating processes for enhanced performance

* Analytical thinking and commitment to continuous personal development

* Exceptional coordination, communication, and teamwork abilities

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strong IT skills

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* A passion to speak to people and establish long-term relationships

* The ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines

* Good organisational and administrative skills – ability to write well-worded emails to clients and candidates

* A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a determination to strive for success

* Driving licence

* Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings
