Our client, a leading player in their industry, is currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Senior Project Manager for a minimum of 12 months.

Key Responsibilities for a Senior Project Manager:
* Provide strategic leadership and direction for, with a focus on global template delivery.
* Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Act as a primary point of contact for SGB, fostering strong relationships and addressing our needs throughout the project.
* Setting clear goals, providing direction, and empowering team members to achieve their best performance.
* Conveying ideas, goals, and expectations to team members, stakeholders, and other project stakeholders. This includes both verbal and written communication, as well as active listening.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and subject matter experts, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
* Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives, articulate project goals, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
* Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, working to prevent potential issues that may impact project success.
Key Skills for a Senior Project Manager:
* Significant demonstrable experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
* Experience in managing SAP projects would be an advantage but is not essential.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and client engagement.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, analyse data, and develop solutions.
* Proactive in anticipating potential problems and implementing pre-emptive measures.
* PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
