The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the line management of the existing mechanical design team, alongside growing the civils mechanical team. They will be involved in winning new business and projects from water organisations - tendering proposals. They must have a core civils design background to be able to lead and support the teams.

Essential Skills:

Civils design experience - Solidworks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor
Project or Team Lead experience
Ability to speak with clients - propose and tender new projects
Ambitious - able to work hard on growing the team and projects within the team
Aware of industry standards and legislation
Water experience - present or past
Desirable skills:
1. A portfolio of projects would be beneficial
