Your new company
You will be working for a public sector organisation who inspect education and training in Wales. The organisation is located close to the city centre and is accessible via public transport links as well as offering on-site parking for staff. The organisation operates a hybrid working pattern.
Your new role

Dealing with finance and procurement queries and correspondence
Raising purchase orders, processing invoices for payment.
Developing and maintaining finance records and provision of management information
Managing hotel accommodation and travel requirements of inspectors What you'll need to succeed

Good communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks, work accurately and with attention to detail.
Experience of maintaining detailed records, e.g., of finance or asset records and inventories
Ability to use ICT effectively (e.g. Excel, Word, and Outlook)What you'll get in return
You'll join a great team for a period of 3 months and be paid £12.80 per hour. The organisation offers hybrid working with 1 day per week from the office. If you wish to work more days in the office, you are able to do so.
