Global Sales Executive Required - Immediate Start
Nu Staff Recruitment has a unique temporary opportunity to work for a global provider and a market leader in many countries whose growth has evolved through innovation, organic expansion and acquisition.
The Temporary Telesales Executive will work remotely, covering many global time zones. This role will deliver the desired sales and performance targets within the designated global region; working in partnership with the Telesales Manager and CRM Performance Analyst.
Responsible for ensuring, sales profitability and customer satisfaction targets are met in alignment with our client's growth plan and new product family strategy.
Full training and induction provided.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Responsible for canvassing clients and executing the growth plan within the global geography ensuring alignment to wider business objectives
Responsible for negotiating and concluding free trials and commercial contracts with both internal and external partners
Responsible for accurate and timely setup of all Telesales accounts
Responsible for supporting your team and line manager in delivery of business objectives
Responsible for maintaining strong communications with all departments and personnel
Working closely with the necessary operational teams and the customer to ensure effective and efficient delivery of installation and retention SLAs
Responsible for accurate updating of our CRM with key information to enable successful onboarding of customers and tracking of all mandatory KPIs
Responsible for personal governance and adherence to procedures ensuring compliance with company policy and best practice
Responsible for personal compliance with and suggesting improvements to the end to end joining process, policies and proceduresThe ideal candidate will be required to work the following hours to cover sales activities across several global time zones.
Working Hours Between
2pm - 9pm UK
5pm - midnight UK
The candidate will need to alternate their working hours in between the two options above to ensure they are covering all sales objectives during reasonable business hours
