We are delighted to be recruiting for a well-established company based near Hartlebury Kidderminster. The company really do make a difference to people's lives.

The main objective of the role is to ensure that appointments are processed and issued in line with company requirements. To provide administrative support and assistance to the Regional Consultants and Sales Advisors.

Main duties:

To confirm appointments, when made by the Contact Centre Executives, ensuring that they are in line with company criteria.

To make certain that Sales Advisors have appointments for all their available times, ensuring that they are in sensible geographical areas.

To fax/email the appointment lead sheets to the Sales Advisors each day, making certain that they have been sent successfully.

To fax/email daily schedule of appointments to Regional Consultants.

To liaise with the Contact Centre Manager regarding the requirements for appointments.

To update the results of each appointment on the computer system, as they become known.

To maintain a record of Sales Advisor's monthly availability. To collate this and advise the relevant Regional Consultant.

To process Sales Order Amendments, according to the company procedure, ensuring that they are dealt with promptly and efficiently.

To liaise with Representatives, Regional Consultants and relevant Company Departments in order to gain information with which to update the "Orphaned Sales" report, thereby eradicating orders for which paperwork has not been received.

To maintain Sales Advisors stationary stock levels and process and complete stationary and sales agreement requisitions.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

Ability to communicate at all levels
Previous experience working with engineers would be advantageous
Good geographical knowledge of the UK
Confident and ability to influence and negotiate
Excellent rapport building skills

This role will suit someone who enjoys support a team and someone who wants to be organising and managing diaries for the sales team.
