Night Care Manager
£15.02 per hour + paid breaks
42 hours per week
3 on/3 off constant shift patterns 8pm - 8am

The Recruitment Crowd are recruiting for an experienced Night Care Manager for a fabulous care home in Shrewsbury.

The ideal candidate will have previous care experience leading a care team to provide personalised care whilst meeting and exceeding resident’s expectations.
Requirements for role:-
* NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care is desirable for this role or must be willing to complete. (level 2 may be considered pending sufficient experience)
* At least 6 months experience of being a Senior / Team Leader in a Residential Care Home Setting is essential.
