£25K - £30K per annum + Bonuses + Great Benefits

Our client is a Salisbury based independent domestic appliance retailer who are expanding their team as demand for their high-end top value white goods increases.

The Role

As an experienced domestic appliance engineer, you will be involved in the diagnosis, repair and installation of large domestic appliances across a multitude of brands, requiring you to be efficient and organised in all work that you do. Through every part of the repair process you will be delivering service excellence to our customers and ensuring that they feel heard, seen and taken care of.

Responsibilities 

Completing a contacted appliance repair certification.
Professionally diagnosing and repairing large domestic appliances, both free standing and integrated across a multitude of brands.
Accurately recording each job for future reference on our system.
Receiving payment from the customer onsite.
Occasionally delivering and installing large domestic appliances, both free standing and integrated, across a multitude of brands.
Ensuring a clean work environment that you can be proud of, including both the customer's house and your van.
Sharing your product knowledge and expertise with our customers.
Skills Required:

Relevant White Goods Fault Detection and Repair Experience
Domestic Gas Qualifications (ideal, but not essential)
Refrigeration (ideal, but not essential)
Residential Repairs Experience
Electrical Testing Experience
Good communication skills and an ability to talk to people

Tools: It's important to us that you are fully equipped with the right tools to complete your jobs with the most up to date precision and efficiency. If there is a specialist tool that you need, just let us know and we'll get it for you.
