Line Leader

MET Recruitment are currently recruiting a number of Team Leaders in Kingswinford!

Duties:

Overviewing a team in the Food Production
Delegating tasking and targets to production line workers
Ensuring Relevant safety paper work is filled out
Team leader experience is benenficial 
Food logistic experience would be needed
The successful candidate will have people leadership skills and come from a production / packaging or assembly environment, a background in food production or packaging would be advantageous

Hours of work:

6am - 2pm/ 2pm - 10pm rotating on a weekly basis
or
10pm - 6am Fixed Shift
Pay :

£12.64 per hour 
£1.50 per hour shift allowance for nights only
