National Incidents Coordinator
Competitive salary, depending on experience
Permanent / Part-time
Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week – from 9:00am - 1:00pm

Petit Forestier, the European leader in refrigerated rental, are recruiting for a National Incidents Coordinator to assist the Head Office Fleet Department with ensuring all incidents are properly managed. The job will require to support and discipline our Network into dealing with incidents as per process. It will also be required to manage brand new vehicles issues and vehicles located at third party workshops. Working as an integral member of our Fleet department, the successful candidate will exhibit strong skills in verbal and written communication and providing a quality service to our network.

National Incidents Coordinator Role
* Ensure best repair option utilizing internal and external resources
* Ensure first time fix utilizing internal and external resources to reduce vehicle VOR times
* Support and discipline usage of incident software from network
* Manage all incidents related to brand new vehicles and vehicles at third party workshop for repairs
* Ensure all accident and recharge work is captured and invoices are in line with recharge procedure
* Ensure efficient management of vehicle VOR (vehicles off road) and customer support
* Interface with network and other Fleet department on engineering issues
* Liaise with nominated 3rd party suppliers to ensure best cost options
* Achieve maintenance spend in line with depot budget
* Manage the fleet maintenance system and issue approvals within authority limits
