About Us: Our client is are a reputable residential home nestled in Hixon, dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to our residents. This medium-sized home prides itself on creating a homely atmosphere where residents can thrive and feel valued.

Position: Residential Home Manager Location: Hixon 

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residential home.
Leading and inspiring a team of care professionals to deliver compassionate and person-centered care.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and implementing best practices to maintain high-quality care.
Managing budgets and resources efficiently to meet the needs of residents while maximizing value.
Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders to promote a positive community environment.Requirements:

NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification is Essential.
Proven experience as a Residential Home Manager, preferably with turnaround experience.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in residential care.
