Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a busy window and door business. They are looking to recruit an experienced Fenestration Installations Manager to join their expanding team to meet the demands of the market.
Our client has been successfully installing domestic windows and doors in the domestic market for over 15 years. They are known for their excellent product installation and working environment.
The right candidate will have current or recent experience as a window and door installation manager, managing multiple fitting teams and projects.
The role:
* Ensure that every installation runs smoothly and safely, taking ownership of the process and ensuring that customers receive a top-class service.
* Ensure installations are correctly resourced with labour and materials
* Prepare work programmes, efficient systems of work
* Products are made to the correct specifications (including building regulations), and are technically sound to minimise aftersales work
* Take responsibility for fitting teams and react quickly and effectively to resolve problems
The candidate:
* Have current/previous experience as an installations manager within the window and door sector
* Must have good understanding of FENSA and Building Regulations
* Be able to manage multiple fitting teams
* Have good technical experience within fenestration
* Be able to manage own workload
* Have excellent communication skills and customer service skills
* Have a UK driving licence
* Must currently reside in the UK
