3rd Line IT Support - Harrogate

Salary: Up to £40,000

We are seeking a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our client's IT Support team in Harrogate. This role requires a self-motivated and experienced individual who can work autonomously and proactively. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the IT infrastructure, providing technical support to a range of clients in the area as well as supporting more junior members of staff.

Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and network related issues
Installing and configuring hardware and software components
Monitoring and maintaining IT systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and secure
Supporting the companies Hyper-V server infrastructure
Deployment and configuration of the companies software applications
Firewall maintenance
Performing system backups and disaster recovery operations
Scripting skills
Contributing to the training of other staff members
Maintaining a high level of customer service

Technical Skillset Required:
Experience in a 3rd Line support role
Active Directory/ Azure
DHCP
DNS
Exchange Online
Sharepoint
Networks
Teams/Onedrive
Cisco
Fortigate Firewalls
Powershell
Storage Hardware

MSP experience is desirable but not required.
