Our client is seeking an experienced Web Developer to join their team and play a key role in the development and maintenance of their new website. This role requires a strong background in building and scoping websites and experience working with external agencies. The successful candidate will bring creative input and innovative ideas to create a unique website in the care industry.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with external design agencies and internal teams to scope, build, and maintain a new website that stands out in the healthcare industry.
Work closely with the IT team and designers to ensure an outstanding result and smooth redesign process.
Manage website content and updates in-house, making amends as needed and ensuring the website remains current and effective.
Oversee SEO strategies and digital marketing efforts to enhance the website's visibility and user experience.
Support the digital marketing assistant in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
Gather content and manage product information to create a seamless customer journey.
Utilize the latest technology to integrate features such as podcast links and other interactive elements.
Act as a trusted advisor to inform and educate visitors about finding care and exploring the company's services.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in web development, scoping, and maintaining websites.
Strong knowledge of SEO strategies and digital marketing best practices.
Ability to manage and work with external agencies, design teams, and IT teams.
Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and uniqueness.
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
This position offers a competitive salary of £45,000-£50,000, with a strong possibility of becoming a permanent role after 12 months.
