Venatu are hiring an internal sales and customer service representive for our well established client located in Leeds. 

The hours of work are Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5pm + Friday 8am - 4pm 

Main Duties and Responsibilities include:

Inputting of customers’ orders onto a computer system using Sage
Dealing with customers enquiries/queries on the telephone
Communicating with warehouse staff
Dealing with email orders, quotations and enquiries
Planning transport delivery routes
Updating of customer information
Credit Control
Skills Required:

Positive attitude & motivated
Friendly & keen to learn
Organised
Ability to use own initiative
Computer literate (Outlook, Word & Excel)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Willing to work alone or as part of a team.
Attention to detail
