We're hiring for multiple Residential HVAC Technicians!
Offering up to $250,000 per year! We are also offering a sign-on bonus of up to $10K. We pride ourselves on the top pay rates in the industry, paid training, tons of room for advancement into more senior positions, and great perks!
Rooter Hero Provides over $10,000 dollars worth of training with in the first year. 
National Comfort Institute (air balance certification) included in first year.
Heat Load Calculations training
Static Pressure testing training
Air Distribution design training
Sales training for individual parts and equipment. 
Our ideal candidate has:
2+ Years of Residential HVAC Experience
2+ Years of Direct Sales Experience (on a performance model) - Not required
Clean Driving Record
Comfortable working directly with customers

Requirements
2 years of residential HVAC experience
