Training and Development Manager - Liverpool City Centre (Close to Central and Lime Street train stations and free onsite parking)
Everpool Recruitment is supporting a leading UK Property Investment Company with ambitious expansion plans. 
The Training and Development Manager is a newly created position to coach and develop new and existing sales consultants to uphold the highest standards of performance, results and customer focus. This is an ethical and passionate business, striving to give the best advice and opportunities to first time and experienced property investors. In addition, the company is contributing to the ongoing success of Liverpool and other northern cities, through delivering much needed homes in sustainable environments. 
We are hoping to speak to highly experienced Trainers and Coaches with specific expertise in coaching and developing sales teams. There is a huge array of training tools and resources, combined with a blueprint for success - the missing ingredient is potentially you! 
This is a business that values their people and the contribution made to the ongoing success, the Training and Development Manager role is a crucial element. You would have autonomy to introduce best practice and tried and tested methods which can be tailored to the company ethos and culture. Adaptable to change, the ideal candidate will be committed to the role, be able to work under their own initiative and enjoy the responsibility and benefits of working in a fast-paced team environment.
In return for your efforts you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of circa £40,000 and performance related bonus scheme, plus company benefits, pension etc. Reporting to the Operations Director and working closely alongside the Sales Director, this newly created role will be pivotal in continuing the company’s substantial growth. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow their own career by facilitating the development of the investment consultants within our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Sales Director on all aspects of the recruitment process to grow the sales team including job postings, conducting interviews, formalising job offers and arranging inductions.
Overall responsibility for the delivery of the initial induction training in a professional manner, with a high level of attention to detail that reflects the standards of the business that the new starters have joined.
Delivery of training modules on the sales qualification process, communication skills, sales psychology, questioning techniques, objection handling, understanding property investment, competitor analysis etc.
Ongoing 1-1 coaching and development with individual investment consultants. Primarily using call listening to identify key development areas, adherence to the qualification process and giving specific
feedback and action points to be subsequently followed-up on.
Responsibility for training investment consultants on the operational aspects of their role including correct use of the CRM, end-to-end sales process and best practice guidance on IT use.

Skills / Qualifications Required:
The main requirement of this role is the ability to execute the key responsibilities outlined above to an excellent level.
We require a professional, highly driven individual who is passionate about the growth and development of others, as well as themselves.
Candidates should have a proven background in sales training and development over several years. This experience is essential, preferably in the property industry and it is anticipated the right candidate will have previously worked in a sales role.
You should have excellent presentation skills and be able to communicate information verbally in a clear and concise manner. You can build relationships quickly, are a committed team player and have the ability to manage your own time.
Your written skills will be of a high standard as there will be the need to produce additional training materials on an ad-hoc basis.
Good I.T skills, with knowledge of Microsoft office. Experience with a CRM system is essential
