Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to set appointments for in-home consultations
Assist customers with their inquiries and concerns
Explain the features and services of our products to customers
Enter customer data into the system

Requirements
Willingness to learn and work as a team with initiative
Problem-solving ability
Positive and professional demeanor
Preferred: At least one year of sales-based call center experience
Experience with Salesforce CRM is helpful
