We are rapidly expanding to fulfill these new business needs and are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Designer to join our creative team. As a Senior Digital Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and creating visually stunning digital experiences across various platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life and elevate our brand presence in the digital space.
 
Responsibilities: 
Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality, on-brand deliverables.
Create engaging digital solutions including, but not limited to, digital assets for multimedia and graphics projects, including microsites, websites, mobile apps, animation, email templates, social media and digital advertisements.
Provide visual digital support for marketing events, promotions, launches and campaigns. 
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into creative digital solutions. 
Mentor and provide guidance to team colleagues, fostering their growth and development. 
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and possess the ability to communicate with your lead manager to ensure deadlines are met and services are fulfilled.
Continuously refine and improve design processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate into design strategies.
