We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Supervisor for the Emergency Department to join a prestigious healthcare facility in Seattle, WA.  The Nursing Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols and standards.

Job Description:
2+ to 5 years' experience required.
Responsible for coordinating patient care and nursing service activities.
Supervises the emergency department staff.
Directs the professional nursing care for patients in assigned area.
Assesses, plans, evaluates, and documents the Nursing process in the assigned unit as needed.
Accountable with the manager for ensuring the provision of patient care 24 hours a day. Rounds on patients to obtain insight into care provision and patient satisfaction.
Accountable with the manager for developing, implementing, and monitoring unit-based quality improvement programs.
Uses lean principles in problem solving departmental and intradepartmental operational issues.
Participates in the identification, planning and implementation of educational programs for all levels of staff and ensures active participation of staff in educational activities and research.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Valid RN license in the state of Washington.
