Pay rate: £11.44 to £11.70
We are a Supported Living Provider looking for a number of experienced support workers to work with our clients
Shift patterns available (Apply online only) 3 -5 days a week, (Apply online only) Monday – Friday, School hours 0900 starts & weekends (Apply online only)
You must be a car driver with a full UK driving licence to enable our service users to access the community
This post is only open to female staff only as it involves personal care; Occupational Requirement (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9 Part I).
You will be supporting our clients in the Colchester area who have a Severe Learning Disability, Downs Syndrome, Autism and Epilepsy. You will need to provide full personal care, support our service users to access the community and provide person centred interaction.

You will need some experience …
To apply for this role, you will need to have at least 6 months previous experience in the UK in the care sector, supporting individual(s) with physical and learning disabilities.
