Who you will be working for.
Our new client is a hugely successful indigenous Retailer who offer their loyal customer base the very best value and convenience when shopping and a personable and friendly shopping experience. To aid their existing growth, they require an experienced Butcher for a full-time permanent role based in Inishowen in Co. Donegal.
What you'll do
Preparing, trimming, weighing and pricing up meat;
Cutting and boning a carcass;
Packaging meat and storing it correctly;
Discussing different cuts with customers, including how to cook and safely store them;
Keep working environment safe and storing meat in accordance with health and safety legislation;
Maintaining business records.
Required Skills/experience
Experience in a retail butcher role essential
Remuneration/Package:
• The successful candidate will receive an attractive salary /package
