Preparation of the financial statements
Reconcile accounts on a monthly basis
Perform variance analysis to highlight and explain key changes.
Manage the month end process
Analyze and review monthly, quarterly, and semiannual financial statements
Management and oversight of the corporate purchasing reconciliation
Audit preparation
Oversight of check depositing
Annual budget preparation
Ability to track budget line items and ensure timely completion with the facilities management team
Research, track and resolve accounting/financial problems
Identify cost saving opportunities for the client.
Job Requirements:
B.S. in Accounting
2-5 years experience
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office; solid experience in Excel
Attention to detail
Strong organizational, verbal and written skills
Commitment to meeting deadlines
Ability to work independently .
