Head of Sales & Marketing Up to £80,000 + £6,500 Car + Bonus + Board Level progression
We are looking for an exceptional Head of Sales and Marketing with experience in Retail SAAS to join an outstanding customer and colleague focused business. With over 20 years of experience delivering a range of Software, Hardware and Payment Services within the retail, hospitality, charity and leisure sectors across the UK and recent international expansion, this is an ideal opportunity to be an intrinsic player in the next 20 years.
In return there is a realistic opportunity of progressing to board level, with equity options, as well as a competitive salary and benefits package. Whilst Head Office is based in Merseyside in Northwest England, the business has a hybrid working operation and the role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the UK.
We wish to speak to passionate Sales and Marketing professionals with over 5 years experience in online and offline Marketing, working in a similar field and role who are obsessive about excellent customer service and can deliver the sales and marketing vision. The Role
As Head of Sales & Marketing, you will lead our sales and marketing strategy across the entire department including lead generation, field sales and marketing functions. You’ll have line
responsibility of an experienced and talented field sales team, and the opportunity to select and grow the right marketing team to support the leadership team in identifying high value-cross functional sales initiatives and campaigns.
Salary and Benefits
