Roke are a leading technology & engineering company with clients spanning National Security, Defence and Industry 4.0 through our Futures business and Intelligence as a Service. You will work alongside our customers to solve their complex and unique challenges.  
As our M&A Manager, you’ll be ensuring M&A processes are moved forwards in a timely fashion. Your involvement will be from the very start. Performing initial research, following through to completion whilst managing multiple senior stakeholders and problem solving at every turn. 
The Key Requirements... 

Proven analytical skills with an ability to demonstrate business acumen 
Exposure to financial modelling and data analytics tools 
Able to show history of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels 
An understanding of a technology focused sector. It would be a bonus if this was Defence or National Security.

Where you’ll work… 
You can be based from any of our sites: Romsey, Woking, Manchester or Gloucester and there will be an element of travel involved. Please see details for each of our locations below; 
Romsey: Alongside hybrid and flexible working options, you’ll find our Romsey site located within beautiful Hampshire countryside, close to the picturesque New Forest District and not far from a superb stretch of the south coast. This is no corporate concrete jungle; this is a manor house site, with ample parking an on-site gym and a driveway full of daffodils in the spring. 
Woking: Alongside hybrid and flexible working options, you’ll find our Woking site in a modern building on the outskirts of London. Rated excellent for sustainability by BREEAM & Fitwel certified – you’ll feel better for visiting. This site provides key links to our customers in London, is a 5-minute walk from the train station, has secure parking nearby and dedicated cycle storage. 
Manchester: Alongside hybrid and flexible working options, you’ll find our Manchester site located in the heart of Media City; Europe’s fastest growing tech hub. You’ll become a key part of Roke’s growing local tech community as we support the Government levelling up agenda. There is easy, local access to our client community with great transport links and nearby local parking. 
Gloucester: Alongside hybrid and flexible working options, you’ll find our Gloucester site in a business park two minutes from junction 11A of the M5; The site allows easy access to our local customer base. Set on the outskirts of the Cotswolds, you are never far from a picturesque view or lunch time walk.

Clearances…
