Paramount Children Care Holdings are a specilaist Children Residential Care Provider that look after and support vunerable children with challenging behaviour and specilaist needs. As the company is going through a period of growth this has resulted in the need to recruit a Full time internal recruiter to shape the recruitment strategy and recruit for all positions across the company.

Opportunity:

Internal Recruiter will be responsible for conducting and carrying out all internal recruitment across the group and experience of recruiting within a Social Care background will prove to be advantegous.

Role and Responsibilities:

* Recruit for all positions across the group

* Promote and attend job fairs

* Conduct pipeline and resource planning

* Advertise jobs on all social media platforms

* Reduce agency spend

* Able to build relationships with internal managers

* Recruit roles in accordance to deadlines and new home openings

* Able to work within a fast paced environment

* Work and recruit for multiple roles

* Recruit for Support Workers, Registered Managers

* Complete the inital checks

* Raise Offer Letters/Contracts

* Cordinate Assessment Centre's

Qualifications

* GCSE A-C

* A Levels

* Experience of Recruitment within Social Care
