Our client is based in Brussels and is looking for 3x IT Service Desk Agents to support their internal employees (2x junior profiles + 1x medior/senior profile). You will offer internal customers support regarding their hardware & software issues You provide 1st line support via telephone, incoming e-mails or web-forms You make the analysis of reported faults and change requests regarding computers and applications. You set your priorities through the use of the Service Management Tool, taking into account ITIL processes. You provide quality and timely communication so that the service levels remain high. You and your team ensure that service targets are achieved. You will call in the help of 2nd and 3rd line support on-time, so that escalations can be prevented.
