Your responsibilities as a customer service agent are: You facilitate the sales of goods from receipt of order, confirmation of order, order entry into the ERP system, logistic delivery arrangements and invoicing. You also monitor the stock in the warehouse to ensure sufficient stock You keep the customers informed of the status of the order The required profile for the Customer service agent is: You are fluent in English and French, knowledge of Dutch and/or Spanish is a plus; You have experience within customer service; You have experience with an ERP system You're a good planner with excellent communication skills.
