We are currently seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our client, a leading professional services organisation based in the vibrant City Centre of Bristol. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving change, developing strategic people solutions, and providing expert HR advice to senior business leaders. Join our client's forward-thinking team and contribute to shaping the future of their organisation.

Responsibilities:

Partner closely with the business to develop and deliver strategic people solutions aligned with business priorities.
Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to design and implement people plans, utilising data insights to inform decision-making and measure results.
Lead key HR cyclical activities for client groups, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
Act as a leader within the HR function, driving firm-wide initiatives and supporting the development of colleagues.
Uphold and role model the organisation's values and culture.
Lead a team of HR Advisors, providing clear objectives, feedback, and support for their development.
Support senior business stakeholders in addressing complex and high-risk people issues through effective guidance and advice.Requirements:

Strong relationship development skills with a client-service approach, gaining credibility and influence with senior business stakeholders.
Demonstrated track record of driving HR agendas aligned with business strategy, from diagnosis to delivering practical solutions.
Sound HR and business acumen, able to articulate the value of HR in a commercial and pragmatic manner.
Proficient in analysing key people metrics and using data to influence strategic decision-making.
Exceptional collaboration skills in a complex, matrix organisation.
Well-networked with external market awareness and knowledge of HR Business Partnering's impact on organisation success.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate HR best practises in a practical and accessible manner.
Strong presentation skills are desirable.What's in it for you?
