Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our Head of HR, who is also involved with several companies under the 1800 Group umbrella, contributing to the efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
Handle general administrative tasks, including phone calls, emails, and document management.
Perform comprehensive research to support various projects providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized and tidy.
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
Support HR-related tasks, such as coordinating interviews and onboarding processes.
Support tasks related to property management
Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – specifically Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A positive and team-oriented attitude.
